As a Sales Manager, your role is integral to the stores success. The Sales Manager handles the sales and marketing
functions of the business. Your responsibilities include telephone and showroom sales, direct marketing, customer
growth, overseeing product service programs and in store merchandising. The Sales Manager will is also accountable for driving and achieving sales and revenue goals. Principal Responsibilities
Acquire and Maintain Customers
Attend to customer concerns immediately
Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes
Decipher, prepare and review store reports
Ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times
Implement sales and marketing programs
Managing inventory and cash assets
Ensure properly merchandised and priced showroom floor
Essential Requirements
Effective organizational skills
Established selling skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over the phone with employees and
customers
Recognize and solve problems
Must have proficient navigational skills
Physical Requirements
Position routinely requires lifting, loading
Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching and grabbing as required
General Qualifications
Minimum 2 year total combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge are
acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
o Two years’ experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management,
sales or merchandising
o Two years on the job experience in management or comparable military experience
Ability to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm
Overtime may be required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR) required
Ability to successfully pass company background check, substance abuse test, and acceptable reference check
from previous employers
